Job Summary

Being an ambassador for our restaurant brand by playing a key role in contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen during service and ultimately meeting our customers’ expectations and satisfaction. Prep and prepare, following recipes, quality ingredients that meet the Executive Chef’s specifications and assist the Executive Chef, Sous Chef

and Chef de Cuisine. Set up stations for the menu and specials. Responsible for inventory and maintaining sanitation of all standards.
